We often have real estate agents call and ask us for "those cute little signs you do".  They are talking about our panoramic sign riders.  These 'cute little signs' work in conjunction with a single property website to provide information about a listing.  The sign attaches to the yard sign and gives a web address associated with the property address.  For example, www.607BitterPecan.info.  The sign also includes a full color photo of the interior of the home.  The web address is mobile friendly, so if a passer-by looks it up on their smart phone, they can see the virtual tour, photos, loads of information about the home and the listing agents contact information right then and there. But they don't stop there.  The web address can be used in print and online advertising for the listing.  AND the sign comes with a QR code for easier drive-by access.

All the feedback we have had on these great little signs has been super positive.  Real estate agents who have used them say they work to sell the home.  Sellers want them because they have seen them at other homes around Shreveport / Bossier.  Buyers love them for the information they provide.  Everywhere they go, they generate interest, fascination and lots of great stories.  One thing is for sure - they get everyone's attention.  And I guess that in the end, that is the point.  Job well done, cute little signs!
